Purpose
The Sr. Agency Producer serves as the production account lead for Invisible Dynamics, overseeing large and complex projects from conception to delivery. This role drives project processes, manages scope and budget, and leads client communications while serving as the primary liaison between creative, account, and client stakeholders to define and execute project scope, creative direction, and deliverables.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role instrumental in building Invisible Dynamics into a world-renowned production partner by fostering a culture of excellence and maintaining strategic alignment with Invisible Productions. The Sr. Agency Producer combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, mentoring junior production staff while thriving in complex production environments. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, brings out the best in partners and teams, and serves as a trusted client partner across all phases of production.
Essential Skills
5-7+ years of production experience in creative agencies or production companies, with demonstrated expertise in fashion, wellness, sports, tech, or retail sectors
Proven track record managing complex, high-budget productions across multiple channels (digital, experiential, broadcast, social)
Expert-level project management skills with ability to oversee multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
Strong financial acumen including budget development and reconciliation for productions ranging from $500K to $2M+
Deep knowledge of production workflows including pre-production, production, and post-production processes
Experience negotiating contracts, licensing, usage rights, and vendor agreements
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to interface confidently with C-level executives and creative leadership
Solutions-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and navigate shifting priorities
Strong relationship-building capabilities and service-oriented approach to client partnership
Leadership experience mentoring junior production staff and fostering collaborative team environments

Responsibilities
Production Oversight
Oversee projects across the full lifecycle—ensuring creative alignment, feasibility, and financial control.
Lead process and execution for your accounts and/or projects.
Interpret client briefs and translate them into production scopes.
Provide creative and strategic input during concepting and pitching phases.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget parameters, and timeline requirements.
Oversee multiple simultaneous projects with significant budgets and complexity.
Lead and oversee the project production scope, deliverables, and expectations, keeping projects on track by identifying and mitigating risks.
Provide real-time decision-making support throughout production phases to protect creative integrity, budget discipline, and timelines.
Coordinate with Internal and External Production teams, Client Services, Strategists, Creatives, and key partners to ensure smooth execution, aligned client communication, and delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Troubleshoot issues in real time and guide teams toward solutions.
Maintain responsibility for production timelines, budgets, scope, and partner communication.
Oversee reconciliation of proposal and project budgets in collaboration with the Executive Producer and Live-Action production teams.
Manage and negotiate contracts, usage, licensing, and with production partners in partnership with the Executive Producer and Executive Director of Production.
Create, review, and manage SOWs, talent, and music agreements to mitigate liability and ensure business needs are aligned in partnership with the Executive Producer and Executive Director of Production.
Grow, manage, and maintain relationships with internal and external production partners, unlocking their best work through clear briefing, tight creative alignment, budget management, and collaborative leadership.
Lead vendor negotiations and relationship management for major partnerships.
Partner with the Brand Director, Strategy, and Creative leads to align on project goals and client business objectives to deliver high client satisfaction and consistent project value.
Team Management
Manage and mentor Invisible Dynamics Production Department Agency Producers, Production Coordinators, and Post-Producers on your assigned projects.
Lead with positivity and creativity in high-pressure production environments, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and impact.
Client Relations
Serve as a senior-level production partner, providing strategic guidance on production approach, risk management, budgets, and overall delivery.
Act as a primary Agency Production point of contact, communicating effectively with client and internal leadership to align on project vision, provide ongoing updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with proactive, solutions-oriented production strategies.
In partnership with the ID Brand Director, lead post-project reviews to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and identify opportunities for improvement across all phases—from concept through delivery.
Synthesize client and internal feedback to refine processes and continuously elevate the production experience and output.
ID x IP Integration
Partner with Invisible Productions Teams on budgeting, production approach, creative partners, and post partners.
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, align on project goals, timelines, and budgets, and ensure efficient delivery.
Work closely with the Invisible Productions Team to ensure a seamless transition from production to post.
Ensure all assets are archived in collaboration with Invisible Productions and Post Production Teams.
Business Development
Identify and explore opportunities to expand Invisible Dynamics’ production services within existing client relationships, collaborating with leadership to negotiate scope expansions and enhance account growth.
Operations Process Efficiency
Develop and implement efficient production systems and workflows to streamline production operations.
Establish standardized procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
Implement best practices and quality standards to ensure efficiency and that final outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
Look to automate repetitive tasks and processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to optimize the production department.
Implement production tools and best practices to streamline workflows, manage team bandwidth, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Conduct end-of-production evaluations to gather feedback and refine processes, improving project efficiency.
Leverage data insights to assess performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement aligned with KPIs.
Champion creative consistency and quality across all custom content, ensuring brand alignment and client satisfaction.
Logistical Requirements
The Sr Agency Producer will be based out of either our New York or Los Angeles office.
Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines. The salary range for this role is $145,000 – $175,000 annually (based on location and experience) with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO.
