We’re proud to share that Invisible Dynamics has been named Small Agency of the Year at the 2025 Creativepool The Annual Awards — our second Small Agency recognition in under two months.

The Annual is one of the industry’s leading global programs, spotlighting excellence in advertising, branding, design, and beyond.

When we launched Invisible Dynamics in 2023, it was with a belief that consultancy, creativity, and production shouldn’t move in silos, but in sync. In just two years, that approach has helped us become a partner to global leaders like Gap, Banana Republic, and Nike, as well as modern challengers shaping culture on their own terms.

This year, The Annual recognized more than just one part of our story. Alongside the Small Agency of the Year win, Invisible Dynamics was also shortlisted for Best in Social. Our sister company, Invisible Productions, was named a finalist for Production Company of the Year. And our founder and CEO, Oli Walsh, was listed among the Top 100 Creative Leaders of the Year. Together, these honors reflect the breadth of what we’re building: a modern ecosystem designed to deliver cultural impact from strategy through execution.

For us, this recognition is validation of the philosophy that drives everything we do: that brand transformation can be both strategic and cultural, both intelligent and instinctive — work designed to spark conversation, drive growth, and feel inevitable, not manufactured.
