Purpose
The Executive Producer plays a critical role in driving new business opportunities for Invisible Dynamics by fostering strong client relationships in collaboration with the leadership team. This role supports the development of production infrastructure, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for efficiency and growth. In addition to securing and nurturing client partnerships, the Executive Producer will assist the Head of Marketing Productions in the seamless execution of production projects, ensuring they meet agency standards and client goals. Success in this role requires a proactive, strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills to align business objectives with production excellence.

Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and explore opportunities to expand Invisible Dynamics’ production services within existing client relationships, collaborating with leadership to negotiate scope expansions and enhance account growth.
Actively support business development efforts by crafting proposals, preparing presentations, and participating in pitches to communicate ID’s capabilities and production expertise.
Partner with the leadership team to refine and articulate Invisible Dynamics’ production offerings, positioning our services to attract and retain clients.
Represent ID at industry events to build connections, drive partnerships, and increase agency visibility, positioning ID as a leader in marketing production.
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining regular communication to update clients on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with proactive, solutions-oriented production strategies.
Collaborate with client service team and strategic teams to align project goals with client business objectives, delivering a high level of client satisfaction and consistent project value.
Conduct post-production reviews with clients to gather feedback, measure satisfaction, and identify areas for future improvements in service delivery.
Producer Support
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and timelines from pre-production through post-production.
Lead project kick-offs to define scope, deliverables, and expectations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
Implement production tools and best practices to streamline workflows, manage team bandwidth, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project milestones, celebrate successes, and coordinate closely with creative, strategic, and production teams for seamless delivery.
Lead the bidding process to develop competitive and accurate bids.
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors, talent, and crew.
Coordinate with directors, producers, and key team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee onboarding of production team members, ensuring familiarity with ID’s workflows, tools, and client expectations to maintain high standards of delivery.
Process Efficiency
Develop and implement efficient production systems and workflows to streamline operations, focusing on productivity and scalability.
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity.
Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to optimize the production department.
Establish standardized procedures and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, timelines, and budgets for efficient delivery.
Conduct end-of-production evaluations to gather feedback and refine processes, improving project efficiency.
Leverage data insights to assess performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement aligned with KPIs.
Logistical Requirements
The Casting Director will be based out of our Los Angeles office, with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday – Thursday required in office, optional Work-from-home Fridays. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$170,000 annually (based on location and experience) with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO. Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
