Purpose
As an Analyst within Invisible Dynamics’ Strategy team, you will play a central role in transforming data into strategic insight. You will support client work and internal platforms by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesizing data across sources, and helping define core consumer and audience insights.
This is a thinking analyst role — you will not simply pull reports, but actively build hypotheses, interrogate data, and contribute meaningful interpretation. You will partner with strategists and research partners to deliver insight that shapes strategic recommendations and supports the development of our proprietary tools, including the Invisible Index™ and our talent intelligence platform.
Essential Skills
You are numerically fluent, intellectually curious, and comfortable working across data platforms, models, and imperfect datasets. You have 5+ years’ experience working in analytics, insights, strategy, or planning roles within a management consultancy or business transformation agency - with exposure to research design and cross-platform synthesis.
You should be:
Deeply comfortable working with data at scale and across platforms
A critical thinker who builds and tests hypotheses independently
Fluent in tools such as GWI and other syndicated research platforms, while confident utilizing emerging AI-led tools and maximizing AI across insight development
You can also operate agnostic of existing platforms, with a hack mindset and original approach to data capture
Highly numerically literate, with advanced Excel / Sheets capability (pivot tables, data triangulation, scenario modelling)
Commercially minded, with a working understanding of P&Ls, marketing investment models, and how global brand budgets are structured and allocated
Confident building hypotheses, testing assumptions, summarising and presenting logic
Experience in partnering with external research providers (Qual & Quant)
You bring pragmatic curiosity, a methodical mindset, and the ability to explain and present insight clearly to collaborators.

Partner with Strategy, and client teams to ensure success metrics are clear, meaningful, and measurable.
Use data and learnings to inform optimisation, future creative development, and strategic recommendations
Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to translate effectiveness data into compelling case studies, new business opportunities and award submissions
