Purpose
The Senior Project Manager is the primary contact for managing Invisible Dynamics projects from inception to completion, working closely with creative and strategic teams to bring ideas to life. This role requires a detail-oriented problem-solver with a talent for keeping projects on track, fostering collaboration, and aligning everyone around shared goals. The Senior Project Manager must have strong skills in strategic leadership and coordination, clear communication, and the ability to bridge creativity with business priorities to achieve both client and agency objectives.
This role will be serving as the strategic operational lead for a global AOR partnership. This role holds responsibility for ensuring seamless end-to-end program management across global brand campaigns, regional market adaptations, cross-agency collaboration, and integrated 360° activation planning. The Senior Project Manager will guide internal and external teams through a highly strategic, digital-first, culturally connected workflow. This position requires a leader with exceptional organizational rigor, global coordination experience, and the ability to bridge creative ambition with operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of all assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client and agency objectives.
Build and manage a global program architecture that connects creative development, production workflows, media, PR, social, retail, experiential, and regional adaptation needs.
Partner with Client’s global, regional, and cross-agency teams to ensure cohesive rollout and consistent brand expression across all touchpoints.
Maintain a clear view of global timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across markets to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, coordinating across creative, strategic, and client service teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
Oversee project kick-offs to set scope, deliverables, and expectations, tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Utilize project management tools and best practices to streamline workflows, manage team bandwidth, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Represent the agency in project meetings and networking events to build strong client and industry relationships.
Celebrate project milestones and successes to reinforce a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
Team Development
Support the onboarding and integration of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with ID’s workflows and project tools.
Promote continuous learning and professional growth by providing access to industry trends and development resources.
Manage resource allocation, balancing team workloads across projects to optimize efficiency and meet objectives.
Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging feedback, and keeping the team engaged and motivated.
Work alongside the Senior Brand Director to mentor PMs and Coordinators, creating a culture of constant improvement, foresight, and operational clarity.
Partner with HR and leadership to identify and onboard talent as needed, including both full-time and freelance options.
Client Engagement
Work with the leadership team to enhance client relationships, develop engagement models, and drive business growth.
Articulate ID’s service offerings and capabilities to clients, supporting new business development and retention efforts.
Contribute to business development by helping craft proposals, preparing presentations, and participating in client pitches.
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients, collaborating with leadership to negotiate scope agreements.
Process Efficiency
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, align on project goals, timelines, and budgets, and ensure efficient delivery.
Build and enforce program structures, toolkits, documentation, and workflows that support a modern, digital-first campaign system.
Conduct end-of-project evaluations, gathering feedback to refine processes, and increase project efficiency.
Use data insights to assess project performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement aligned with KPIs.
Logistical Requirements
The Senior Project Manager will be based out of our Los Angeles office, leading the creative team with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday – Thursday required in the office, option Work-from-home Friday’s. The salary range for this role is $130,000-$140,000 annually (based on location and experience) with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO.
Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
