Essential Skills
You are a rigorous strategic thinker with a background spanning management consultancy, business analysis, or in-house strategy — and a track record of turning complex commercial data into clear, confident direction. You understand how enterprises grow, how consumers behave, and how great strategy connects the two.
You are:
A sharp analyst and strategic synthesiser, able to interrogate dense financial, operational, or market data from enterprise growth teams and surface the insight that actually matters.
Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of business models, growth levers, and what drives value at scale.
Deeply grounded in consumer insight — from research design to cultural interpretation — and fluent in translating what people want into what brands should do.
Fluent across the data and research tools that power modern strategy, and experienced working with third-party research partners to commission and interrogate primary insight.
An active contributor to IP and methodology — someone who doesn't just apply frameworks but helps build and evolve them.
A clear, credible communicator who can present complex thinking with confidence to senior clients and internal leadership alike, with a concise, structured and methodical approach.
Comfortable operating across ambiguity and multiple concurrent engagements, with the rigour to hold quality high under pressure.
Experienced leading teams or developing junior talent, with a genuine investment in elevating the people around you.
You bring analytical depth, strategic confidence, and a builder's instinct to every engagement — and you care as much about how the work gets done as what it delivers.
