Purpose
As a Studio Coordinator you will efficiently manage the operations and maintenance of our studio space. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a productive and welcoming environment for all teams operating out of the space and any visitors.
Essential Skills
You are a highly organized, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced creative/production environments. You bring a “can-do” attitude, solve problems creatively, and are confident in communicating with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. You have a hospitality first approach, understand production workflows and can juggle competing priorities while keeping your cool under pressure.
Responsibilities
Studio Maintenance
Prep and close the studio for the day (lights, music, TV screens).
Coordinate regular cleaning schedules and ensure the studio remains tidy, organized and clean throughout the day.
Order and replenish snacks and beverages.
Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels of studio essentials such as toilet paper, hand towels, soap, etc.
Manage plant care and suggest additions to enhance the office space environment.
Ensure office supplies (printer paper, ink, pens, envelopes, tape, etc.) are stocked and organized.
Point of contact for building owners and any vendor in and out of the building, including contractors for repairs or maintenance.
Studio Guest Services
Act as the first point of contact, welcoming and assisting guests, candidates and new hires when scheduled to come into the studio.
Coordinate meeting spaces and catering needs for meetings and ID events.
Provide technical support for meeting equipment (Owl, screen sharing, etc.).
Run errands for meeting requirements, such as picking up supplies and printing documents.
Studio Coordination
Collaborate with team members to coordinate studio usage schedules.
Secure office space for events and implement necessary security measures like adding security cameras.
Facilitate work-from-home arrangements on shoot days and designate quiet spaces for important meetings.
Maintain a shared studio schedule to communicate scheduling information effectively.
Assist the studio with day-to-day operational needs as required.
Support in printing and organizing presentation materials.
Run occasional office errands to support the smooth functioning of operations.
Track, organize and support company equipment (computers, monitors, hard drives etc.) and coordinate repairs as needed.
Collect and distribute mail and packages daily.
Inventory and organize ID company merch (T-shirts, hats, etc.).
Support in assisting the Production team on tasks and production coordination.
Coordinate and support in executing team events and outings.
Executive Support
Review CEO’s calendar daily and prep office for visitors, client meetings or team activities in collaboration with Executive Assistant.
Support in replenishment of food and beverage throughout the day for scheduled meetings and office of CEO.
Logistical Requirements
This role will be based in Los Angeles with a commitment to in-person collaboration Monday through Friday. The salary range for this role is $60,000-70,000 annually with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO. Some flexibility for extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
