Purpose
The Designer’s role is to solve creative problems and communicate solutions clearly with visual media. They contribute to the development of various creative outputs, ranging from marketing collateral to digital product interfaces.
Essential Skills
You are a highly skilled designer with an instinct for compelling imagery and concepts. You are a creative problem-solver with a T-shaped design skillset, you have a strength in one core skill; developing at least two others. Creates work that supports project goals with guidance.
Responsibilities
Creative
Create visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message, meeting requests as defined by project lead.
Contributes ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Develops outputs that meet project objectives under guidance.
Learns to incorporate feedback effectively.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Business
Support business development by assisting the creation of client proposals.
Start to understand ID’s service offerings and capabilities
Support in building case studies for proposals.
Operations
Contribute to end-of-scope project evaluations, identifying areas for operational improvements.
Keep files and work environment organized and structured, aiding in teamwork / collaboration.
Beginning to learn ID's operational foundations.
Communicates clearly within the team and relies on guidance for client-facing or higher-level communication.

Logistical Requirements
The Designer will be based in London. Hybrid schedule with working structures to be defined. The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $86,000 USD annually (based on location and experience) with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and unlimited PTO.
Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
