Introducing Better in Denim. Gap Fall ‘25. Featuring KATSEYE.
Created and produced by Invisible Dynamics. Directed by Bethany Vargas. Choreographed by Robbie Blue.
We’re proud to introduce Gap’s Fall ‘25 campaign: Better in Denim.
At its core, the work celebrates denim as more than fabric—it’s a shared canvas for creativity, self-expression, and generational impact. Few things carry as much cultural weight and everyday relevance, and this moment reaffirms Gap’s role in shaping how denim is worn, lived in, and reimagined.
Directed by Bethany Vargas, the spot features KATSEYE, the six-member global girl group redefining pop culture through music, movement, and community across borders. With 22 million followers, a global fandom, and Billboard-charting singles, KATSEYE is one of music’s most buzzed-about new acts. Their individuality and cultural diversity, styled head-to-toe in Gap denim—including a reimagined Long & Lean jean—bring new dimension to the brand’s legacy in music and style, proving how a classic evolves with each generation.

The response has been remarkable. Breaking the internet with 160M+ views across platforms in under a week, global press pickup, and cultural traction rarely seen.

KATSEYE’s fanbase—the Eyekons—whose energy aligns directly with Gap’s younger Gen Z and Gen A customers, flooded feeds and comment sections and ignited a viral wave, recreating award-winning choreographer Robbie Blue’s dance across social media. Add in co-signs from Hailey Bieber, Kerry Washington, Solange Knowles, and more, and Better in Denim leapt instantly from campaign to cultural moment—undeniably placing Gap at the helm of originality and denim authority.

Created and produced by Invisible Dynamics, the campaign reflects our ongoing partnership with Gap: helping re-establish its authority in denim while moving confidently into new cultural spaces. With Better in Denim, Gap doesn’t just wear its legacy—it pushes it forward.
This isn’t just a campaign but a continuation of Gap’s evolution—anchored in heritage, shaped by culture, and built to resonate with the next generation.
